1. Information we collect
When you create a CashGPT account and use the app, we collect:
- Account information: name, email address or phone number, password (hashed), profile photo (optional).
- Wallet & activity data: balance, transaction history, quests and offers completed, referral activity, KYC/payout verification details when you request a withdrawal.
- Device information: device identifier, IP address, device model, OS version, and app version — used for fraud prevention and to keep your account secure.
- Advertising identifiers: your device's advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA), used by our ad partners to serve and measure rewarded ads.
2. Advertising & Google AdMob
CashGPT uses Google AdMob to display rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, and offers inside the app. AdMob and its advertising partners may collect and process:
- Advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID / IDFA)
- IP address and approximate location
- App usage and ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, completions)
- Device information (model, OS, language, time zone)
This data is used to serve relevant ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraudulent ad activity so genuine reward payouts stay protected. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's own privacy policy and, where applicable, its Partner Sites policy.
Where required (for example under GDPR in the EEA/UK), CashGPT shows a consent message before loading personalized ads, and you can choose non-personalized ads or withdraw consent at any time from Settings → Privacy → Ad preferences.
3. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account, and verify quest/offer completion before crediting your wallet
- To process withdrawal requests and prevent fraudulent payouts
- To serve and measure ads through AdMob and other ad networks
- To communicate with you about your account, offers, and support requests
- To detect and prevent multiple accounts, emulators, bots, or reward tampering, per our Terms of Service
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with:
- Google AdMob and ad network partners — to serve rewarded ads and measure performance (see Section 2)
- Offer wall / offer partners — a device identifier and offer-completion status, so completed offers can be verified and credited
- Payment processors — to process wallet withdrawals
- Service providers (hosting, analytics, fraud prevention) bound by confidentiality obligations
- Authorities, where required by law
5. Your rights & choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to opt out of personalized advertising.
- Manage ad personalization from your device settings (Google Ads Settings / Apple "Limit Ad Tracking")
- Request account deletion from Settings → Account → Delete account, or by contacting us directly
- EEA/UK users may exercise GDPR rights; California residents may exercise CCPA rights by contacting us
6. Children's privacy
CashGPT is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that a child has provided us personal data, we will delete it. Ads served in the app are configured as non-child-directed under Google's Ad Manager/AdMob policies.
7. Data retention & security
We retain account and wallet data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal and fraud-prevention obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
